SimplyEuro European Auto Repair Katy

I have had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Simply Euro Katy! Jeff and Chris have been amazing from start to finish. As someone who is not very familiar with cars, I really appreciate how they take the time to explain exactly what my car needs, why it needs it, and what everything means in terms that I can actually understand. I never feel rushed, talked over, or left confused about what is being done to my car. They have been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. I feel comfortable asking questions, and I genuinely feel like they want me to understand what’s going on with my vehicle rather than just handing me a list of repairs. Finding a shop you can trust makes such a difference, especially when you don’t know a lot about cars. Jeff and Chris have definitely earned my trust, and Simply Euro will be my go-to shop for my Beetle moving forward\. I cannot recommend them enough. Truly a 10/10 experience!

My service was very pleasant. Jeff and Conley were very friendly and professional. Dealer wanted to charge me $1,000 more for same service. Thank you for all your help.

I had a great experience working with Jeff at SimplyEuro. From the very beginning, he was extremely communicative, helpful, and transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my car. It’s not always easy to find a shop you feel comfortable trusting with your vehicle, but Jeff made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.
